Preparing for sample pickup

1) Ensure your METRC manifest is ready before your scheduled pickup.

     Check these items for accuracy:

• License where sample originated
• License where sample is being delivered
• Transport company and agent information
• Correct Lab Test Batch for each primary test sample
• A reserve package for each batch
• Each package has the correct sample weight

2) Read our Sampling SOP before beginning the sampling process.

3) Prepare all samples the day your pickup is scheduled and store in a cool location until driver arrives.

• Completely and accurately fill out a Field Sample Log.
• Label each sample with the correct METRC tag and Batch ID.
• Apply a tamper evident seal over the top of the bag or over the lid of the jar.
