OMMA requires a field sampling report when selecting samples and a transport manifest when submitting samples to a laboratory.
We've combined our chain of custody, transport manifest, and field sampling log into one document to make the sampling and testing process even easier.
Following our sampling SOPs allows you to stay OMMA compliant when sampling your product for testing.
Select the appropriate SOP below for the product you are sampling and follow the procedure.
After reviewing the SOPs, print off and fill out a training certificate for each person who will be sampling.
If you'd like to schedule an in-lab training, give us a call or email!
