OMMA requires a field sample log when selecting samples for testing.

We've created a field sample log for your use when pulling samples to submit to our Oklahoma laboratories.

For hemp and alternative cannabanoid clients, please select the Hemp Chain of Custody to submit samples.

Our client handbook contains all the information you need to submit samples to the laboratory.

Following our sampling SOPs allows you to stay OMMA compliant when sampling your product for testing.

After reading and understanding the SOP, print off and fill out a training certificate for each person who will be sampling.
